Rewards like cash drawings, contests, cash bonuses and drawings for free prizes are part of our system of incentives for kids of all ages. We encourage our many adult patients through active, interested discussion of their progress.
In other words, we care for our patients, and we also care about them.
WE EXPLAIN....
We believe treatment works best when our patients aren't the only ones who open their mouths.
Right from the start, we talk with patients - youngsters participate with parents, adults with spouse, partner of friend - about what they want from treatment.
We explain how we are going to get there together.
At each visit we strive to discuss what we're doing, where it fits into the overall treatment strategy, what we plan to do next. And how it will contribute to a "winning smile".
We update parents about the progress of their children at every visit. Interested parents can make arrangements to observe their child's appointment to see for themselves what's being accomplished.
Regular treatment conferences are part of our practice.

We take questions seriously.
Here, there is no such thing as a dumb question. Gaps in information get the same attention as gaps between teeth.
When the schedule doesn't allow for the answer you deserve, we'll schedule adequate time for more complete discussion.
